America ...Can’t Get Right
Does anybody remember the movie , LIFE, with Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, and Bernie Mack. There was a character in that cast named, "Cant get right," who was an amazing guy, that did amazing things, however he was somewhat "teched" in the head. "Can't get right" is a moniker that personifies America, and on the eve of the Murder trial for Derek Chauvin, (George Floyd's killer) I don't feel to confident about a conviction. America, allegedly land of the free, I think not , but reputed home of many braves. I actually wish that I didn't desire to know the outcome...real talk its one of those things you need to see to the end to see how it turns out yes, but to also know where you stand. The psychology of it says if they can kill him and get away with it, then they could probably do the same to you, if you are a person of color living in America today.
