 Hello, my name is Kevin Payne and I am a 47 year old African American male born in the great state of Tennessee. My passion is writing and speaking and I have a zeal for fostering the lives of young men who might be considered at risk. This is because I to was an at risk youth. At 25 years old I shot a sheriff deputy. I went to prison for nearly 11 years. I have been out of prison for 10 years.
